1. Who we are

Prikkie is offered by Gridline Design (The Ligma Company), Prof. E.M. Meijerslaan 1, 1183 AV Amstelveen, Nederland, KvK 73706442 ("we"). Contact: hello@prikkie.net.

2. What Prikkie is, and is not

Prikkie is a personal logbook for injections, weight and side effects, with reminders, a units converter and a reference library. Prikkie is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. It never calculates, recommends or adjusts a dose. Always consult a healthcare professional, and check with a doctor before making medical decisions.

The estimated level curve is an illustration drawn from the published half-life of a compound and your own log. It is not a measured blood level and must not be used to decide on a dose.

3. Using the app

Prikkie is meant for adults (18+). You are responsible for what you enter and for the decisions you make. Follow the instructions of your doctor or pharmacist. Some compounds described in the library are not approved medicines; describing them is not a recommendation to obtain or use them.

4. Prikkie Premium

  • Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription, bought through Google Play or the App Store. The price and period are shown in the app before you buy.
  • A free trial, when offered, turns into a paid subscription at its end unless you cancel before.
  • The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage and cancel it in your Google Play or App Store subscriptions; cancelling stops the next renewal.
  • Payments, renewals and refunds are handled by the store under its own terms. If you got Prikkie from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies.
  • Logging, the body map, the calendar and the library remain free.

5. Your data

How we handle data is described in the privacy policy. Your logbook is stored on your device; keeping a backup or export is up to you.

6. Changes and availability

We may update Prikkie and these terms. For important changes to the terms we tell you in the app first. We try to keep the app working well but cannot promise it is always available or free of errors.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damage resulting from the use of Prikkie or from decisions based on it, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Premium in the twelve months before the event. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence, and it does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Law

Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, without affecting the protection the law of your country of residence gives you as a consumer.
